Am starting to get back on track with my fitness regime. I left it off for about 2 weeks. That’s a long time to stop. Previously, I was doing 2 cardios a week, or one cardio and one yoga, or one cardio and one weights.
Now, to get back into gear, m only doing yoga twice a week. Terasa macam malas and no energy la pulak.
I get my periods usually between the 1st and Third of every month. Up to today, I am not getting much period symptoms, tender breasts etc…
(But then again, since we started trying, every month I seem to think that I am getting pregnancy symptoms!! Talk about psychological)
But I am going to note this down anyway, so I can see the trends every month. After all, this is my conception journal.
K what else, oh yes, feeling more tired than usual. Usually, after work, I am still ticking ok…. But nowadays, a bit malas and lembik.
Gona do some pilates today.
Been skipping those folic acids!! I must keep taking it!
March is our 4th month trying.
