After 2 cycles of clomid, we’ve decided not to continue. I can’t take the side effects. The depression and mood swings are too much for me to bear.
I’ve decided to get a second opinion at Gleneagles. Dr. Aziz is apparently very good. I had my first appointment yesterday and he was very thorough and asked me a lot of questions. He suggests that I do a laproscopy. The laproscopy has to be done between day 10 and ovulation time. So that would mean that I have to decide to go ahead with it, it would be within the next few days or wait til next month.
I think I will do it next month, so I am more mentally prepared. Since the incision is on my tummy, I would probably have to refrain from exercise for a while, including golf. We’ve book a golfing holiday to Bandung on the 10th of June. So if I did the surgery tomorrow, then that would have gone to waste.
Meanwhile, I have to really work on stop smoking.
I don’t have anything to loose do I.

Hello!
ReplyDeleteI just came across with your blog site as I was searching for a fertility chinese medicine specialist. Could you please let me know how you went with the chinese medicine you were prescribed...? I am thinking now, to go to the Carrfour in Subang Jaya for this man!!!
TCM did not work for me because I had tubal blockage. But I suppose it did wonders for my well being because I was very happy and in great spirits when I was on it! I suppose it would have been a great anti depressant hehe
ReplyDeleteBefore going for TCM, have you seent he dr and do a check up? This is important to check if there is anything wrong, as no amount if TCM can help if you have things like endometriosis, tubal damage, no ovarian reserve etc..
Good Luck
BTW: TCM is VERY expensive. I spent around RM1500 and got nothing out of it
